Well, it turns out that using your company was a WONDERFUL experience. I was so afraid to call a repair service, visions of shysters with large clip boards checking off the hundreds of $’s worth of parts and repairs danced in my head! (HOhoho kids Santa fixed the fridge for Christmas)My repair man was Tony he is very professional also very knowledgeable! He was on time. Same day service unlike Sears which wanted me to wait a week without a fridge and Maytag which didn’t answer the phone at all.He gave me the price quote before changing the part, which was on the truck no waiting.

He also listened to my concerns and was able to diagnose another issue which is potentially damaging to all of my appliances. He advised that I surge protect my fridge, (probably the cause of the power supply burning up)I guess what I was most impressed with was that he really knew what he was talking about; he didn’t try to SELL me anything. As a matter of fact he advised that I hold off on repairing another part of the fridge until I fixed an underlying problem so that the new part wouldn’t go bad.The entire experience was great. I will call your company again with no reservations.

I had Kitchen Appliances Orlando come to my house for three issues:

-My GE oven wasn’t heating on the bottom.
-My Bosh dishwasher door wasn’t closing.
-My Kenmore dryer was taking too long to dry clothes.

The Kitchen Appliances Orlando technician arrived on time and was very friendly. He did a great job of clearly explaining my options. Unlike other home improvement technicians that we've come across, he definitely didn't seem like he was out to make a quick buck.

He ended up fixing the all my appliance problems. And, for the oven problem, he reset the control panel which took him less than five minutes. When I offered to pay for that, he just said that that was “on the house.”

I will definitely call Kitchen Appliances Orlando again.
